1. Eligibility:

2. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official Halliburton employee portal.
   • Ensure that the referred candidate acknowledges the referral during the application process.

3. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles: Employees who successfully refer candidates for tech or product roles can earn a referral bonus ranging from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the level and criticality of the position.
   • Other Roles: Referral bonuses for non-tech roles typically range from $1,000 to $3,000.

4. Payment Terms:

   • The referral bonus is usually paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after six months of continuous employment.
