Hain Celestial offers a competitive referral bonus program designed to attract top talent for various roles within the company, particularly in tech and product development. The program is structured to reward current employees who successfully refer candidates that are hired and retained for at least 90 days.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
    • Bonus Amount: $5,000
    • Payment Schedule: Issued in two installments—50% after the new hire's first 30 days and the remaining 50% after 90 days.
• Other Roles:
  • Marketing, Operations, Sales:
    • Bonus Amount: $3,000
    • Payment Schedule: Issued in two installments—50% after the new hire's first 30 days and the remaining 50% after 90 days.
• Entry-Level Positions:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment after the new hire's first 90 days.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of both the referral and when the bonus payments are due.
• The referred candidate must not have applied for any position at Hain Celestial within the past 12 months.
• Only one referral bonus is paid per candidate, with priority given to the first referrer.

Additional Details

• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, each referral must meet the required criteria to qualify for the bonus.
• Exclusions: The program is not applicable to managerial positions or internal transfers.
