Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For roles in technology and product management, we offer a competitive referral bonus to encourage our team to bring in the best talent. These roles are crucial to our innovation and product development efforts:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• QA Engineers: $3,500

Other Key Roles

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referred candidates must successfully pass the interview process and be hired into a full-time position.
