    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, and Operations

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payout Timeline: The bonus is paid in two installments:

• Administrative and Support Staff

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000

Eligibility and Process
