Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus: $5,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

Other Roles

1. Clinical Research Associate

   • Bonus: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

2. Regulatory Affairs Specialist

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

3. Sales Representative

   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for a minimum of 6 months.

Additional Details

• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
