- All full-time employees of Grorapid Labs are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- The referred candidate must not have applied to Grorapid Labs within the last 12 months.
- Only direct referrals qualify; candidates sourced through recruitment agencies do not.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles

Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager):
- Bonus Amount: $1,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% upon successful completion of the candidate's first 3 months; remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.
