Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers & Developers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed for a minimum of six months.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed for a minimum of six months.

3. Data Scientists & Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed for a minimum of six months.

4. UX/UI Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
