Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, we offer generous referral bonuses to attract skilled professionals in these critical areas. Here's a breakdown of the referral bonuses for tech and product roles:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000
• Technical Leads/Architects: $4,000

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product, we value referrals for all positions. Here are the referral bonuses for non-tech roles:

• Sales and Marketing: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All Griid Infrastructure employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be new candidates to our recruitment team.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the remaining 50% after six months of successful employment.
• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, the referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete the specified employment duration.
