- Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
- Product Managers: $2,500
- Data Scientists/Analysts: $3,000

Other Roles
While our focus is on tech and product, we value referrals for all positions. Here are the referral bonuses for non-tech roles:

Eligibility and Payment
- Eligibility: All Griid Infrastructure employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be new candidates to our recruitment team.
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the remaining 50% after six months of successful employment.
- Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, the referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete the specified employment duration.
