Bonus Structure
The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role and level of the position filled. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles:
- Entry-Level (Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager, etc.): $1,500
- Mid-Level (Software Engineer, Product Manager, etc.): $3,000
- Senior-Level (Senior Developer, Senior Product Manager, etc.): $5,000
- Leadership (Tech Lead, Head of Product, etc.): $7,500

Payment Process
- The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.
Conditions
- The referred candidate must not have applied to Griffon Corporation within the last 12 months prior to the referral.
- The referring employee must still be employed with Griffon Corporation at the time of bonus payout.
