At Greenlane, we recognize the importance of attracting top talent to drive our mission forward. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our team members to refer exceptional candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, which are crucial to our success.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All full-time Greenlane employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Candidates: The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment process or have applied within the last 12 months.
• Successful Referrals: A successful referral is defined as a candidate who is hired and completes the specified duration of employment (3 and 6 months) for the bonus to be applicable.
