Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
• Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers:
  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR, and Support:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Use our internal referral platform to submit your candidate's details. Ensure you provide accurate and comprehensive information about the candidate's experience and skills.

2. Candidate Review: Our recruitment team will review the candidate's profile. If they meet the necessary qualifications, they will be invited for interviews.

3. Successful Placement: Once the referred candidate is hired, they must complete a 90-day probationary period.

4. Bonus Payout: After the probationary period is successfully completed, the referrer will receive the bonus in their next paycheck or as a separate payment if they are an external partner.
