Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

• UX/UI Designers, Quality Assurance Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles

• Operations, Marketing, Sales

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

• Entry-level Positions

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Eligibility Criteria

• The referrer must be a current employee of GTI.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to GTI in the past 12 months.
• The referral must be submitted through the official GTI referral portal.
• The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete the designated employment duration for payout
