Our employee referral program is designed to reward current employees who help us find the best candidates for open positions. Below, you'll find detailed information about our referral bonuses, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, but also covering other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• HR Manager: $3,500
• Finance Analyst: $3,500
• Sales Executive: $3,000

Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Green Plains are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel involved in recruitment and hiring decisions.

2. Referral Submission: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and a completed referral form through our internal referral portal. Ensure the candidate mentions your name when applying.

3. Interview and Hiring: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for the role.

4. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes 30 days of employment.
   • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

Important Considerations

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was submitted first.
