Bonus Payment Process

Eligibility: All full-time employees of Green Plains are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel involved in recruitment and hiring decisions.

Referral Submission: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and a completed referral form through our internal referral portal. Ensure the candidate mentions your name when applying.

Interview and Hiring: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for the role.

Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes 30 days of employment.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
Important Considerations
- Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was submitted first.
