To incentivize and reward successful referrals, Green Dot offers a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. Below are the details of the program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All full-time Green Dot employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
• The referring employee must be employed by Green Dot at the time the bonus is paid out.

Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role for which the candidate is hired.

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000
• Human Resources Coordinator: $2,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days with Green Dot.
  • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months with the company.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Referral Process

1. Identify a Candidate: Think about your professional network and consider who might be a great fit for Green Dot.
2. Submit a Referral: Use Green Dot's internal referral portal to submit the candidate's details, including a resume and a brief description of why you believe they are a good fit. 3
