• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 upon the candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 after the candidate has been with the company for 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 upon the candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
