Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

  • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process.
  • The referred candidate must be new to Grass Valley Inc. (i.e., not already in our applicant tracking system).

Bonus Structure

  1. Tech/Product Roles

    • Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist, etc.
      • Bonus Amount: $3,000
      • Payment Schedule:
        • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months.
        • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months.
  2. Other Roles

    • Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.
      • Bonus Amount: $1,500
      • Payment Schedule:
        • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months.
        • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months.

Process

  1. Referral Submission

    • Employees must submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal, providing necessary details about the candidate.
  2. Candidate Evaluation

    • Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process.
    • Employees will be updated on the status of their referrals.
  3. Bonus Disbursement

    • Bonus payments are included in the employee's paycheck following the completion of the specified periods.
    • Applicable taxes will be deducted as per the usual payroll process.

Additional Information

  • A successful referral is defined as a candidate who gets hired and remains employed with the company beyond the specified milestone periods.
