Eligibility and Payout

• Eligibility: All Grafana employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not already be in the recruitment process or have been referred by another employee.

• Payout Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. 50% is paid after the new hire completes three months of employment, and the remaining 50% after six months.
