• Eligibility: All current goTenna employees (except HR personnel and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidate).
• Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resumes and a brief recommendation to the HR department through the internal referral platform.

Bonus Structure

1. Software Engineer

   • Referral Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes 90 days
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 after the new hire completes 90 days
     • $2,000 after the new hire completes 6 months

3. Data Scientist
