At Gossamer Bio, we recognize the value of recruiting top talent and encourage our team members to participate in our recruitment process by referring qualified candidates. Our referral bonus program rewards employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but extends to other areas as well.

Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Gossamer Bio are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for a specific position.

• Referral Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: $5,000 per successful referral.
  • Other Roles: $3,000 per successful referral.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment, and the remaining half is paid after six months of continuous employment.

• Referral Criteria:

  • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
  • The candidate must not already be in the company’s recruitment database.
  • The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal before the candidate applies independently.

• Recruitment Process:

  1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted via the internal referral system with the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of why they are a good fit for the role.
  2. Screening: The recruitment team will screen the candidate's qualifications against the job requirements.
  3. Interview: Qualified candidates will undergo the usual interview process.
  4. Decision: If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified of their successful referral.
