Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer
   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period (typically 90 days).
2. Product Manager
   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.
3. Data Scientist
   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.
4. UX/UI Designer
   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.

Other Roles

1. Marketing Manager
   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.
2. Sales Executive
   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.
3. HR Specialist
   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: The candidate must successfully pass the probationary period.

Terms and Conditions

• Referral Eligibility: The referring employee must be employed with Gold Enterprises LLC at the time of the referral payout.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by or applied to Gold Enterprises LLC within the last 12 months.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid out in the next payroll cycle following the successful completion of the candidate's probation
