Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For tech and product roles, GoHealth recognizes the critical need for top talent and offers attractive bonuses:
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- QA Engineer: $2,000
- DevOps Engineer: $3,500
Other Roles
In addition to tech/product roles, GoHealth provides referral bonuses for other key positions:
- Sales Associate: $1,000
- Customer Service Representative: $750
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500
- HR Specialist: $1,000
Eligibility and Payment
- Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.
- Referral Payment: Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Process for Referrals
- Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official GoHealth referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
- Tracking: Referrals are tracked through the portal, and employees will receive updates on the referral status.
- Notification: Once a referred candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified of the bonus schedule.
