The Global Management Solutions (GMS) Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize and reward employees for helping us find top-tier talent, particularly in critical areas such as technology and product development. The program aims to leverage our existing workforce's networks to attract skilled professionals who can drive our business forward. Below is a detailed breakdown of the program, including estimated bonus amounts and eligibility criteria.

Eligible Positions

The referral bonus is applicable to a wide range of roles, with a particular emphasis on the following areas:

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, System Architects, etc.
• Product Roles: Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Product Analysts, etc.
• Other Key Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, etc.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonuses are tiered based on the criticality and level of the position being filled. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

1. Tech Roles:

   • Junior Positions: $1,000
   • Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
   • Senior/Executive Positions: $5,000

2. Product Roles:

   • Junior Positions: $800
   • Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
   • Senior/Executive Positions: $4,500

3. Other Key Roles:

   • Junior Positions: $500
   • Mid-Level Positions: $1,500
   • Senior/Executive Positions: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Employee Status: All full-time employees are eligible to participate, excluding those involved directly in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be external applicants who are not already under consideration by GMS.
• Successful Hire: The referral bonus is paid only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a minimum of 90 days
