Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- All full-time employees of Globus Medical are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal to be considered.
- The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum employment period (e.g., 90 days) for the bonus to be awarded.
Bonus Amounts
Technology & Product Roles
- Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers: $5,000
- Senior Software Engineers and Technical Leads: $7,500
- Engineering Managers and Directors: $10,000
Other Roles
- Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives: $3,000
- Manufacturing and Operations Roles: $2,000
- Administrative and Support Positions: $1,000
Payout Structure
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
- The remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
Additional Considerations
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
- If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first person who submitted the referral.
