Our referral bonus program is structured to reward employees for successful referrals that lead to a hire. The bonuses vary depending on the role's level and specialization.
Bonus Tiers

Tech/Product Roles:
- Junior Level (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager): $1,000
- Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $2,500
- Senior Level (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead Product Manager): $5,000
- Specialized Roles (e.g., Data Scientist, AI Engineer): $6,000

- Junior Level (e.g., Sales Associate, Marketing Assistant): $500

Payment Terms
- Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
- 50% after the new hire completes six months.
Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
- The referrer must be a current employee at the time of both bonus payments.
- The referred candidate must not have applied to the company through other channels within the last 12 months.
