Glaukos Referral Bonus Program

Glaukos Corporation values the power of recommendations and believes that our employees are our best advocates for bringing in top talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates, especially for tech and product roles, though it extends to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All Glaukos employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the specific role, HR personnel, and executive leadership, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Glaukos or have applied in the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: $3,000
• Senior Software Engineers, Senior Product Managers: $5,000
• Leadership Positions (e.g., Head of Product, Director of Engineering): $7,000

Other Roles:

• Marketing, Sales, Operations: $2,000
• Senior and Leadership Positions in Non-Tech Departments: $4,000

Payment Timeline

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 6 months of employment.

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the Glaukos internal referral portal, providing the candidate’s resume and any relevant information.
2. Acknowledgment: The HR team will acknowledge receipt of the referral and provide updates on the candidate’s application status.
3. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified of their eligibility for the referral bonus.

Important Considerations

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Referral bonuses are subject to taxes and will be processed
