Program Details

Eligibility: All full-time employees of Glass House Brands are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Qualification: The referred candidate must:
- Be hired as a full-time employee.
- Successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.

Payout: The referral bonus will be paid in the first payroll cycle after the referred candidate completes their probationary period.

Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. Each successful referral is eligible for a bonus payout.
