Tech/Product Roles

For referrals made to tech and product roles, we offer a generous bonus given the critical nature of these positions in driving our innovation and growth.

• Product Managers: $3,000
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also provide referral bonuses for other positions to ensure we attract diverse talent across all departments.

• Marketing Specialists: $1,500
• Sales Representatives: $1,500
• Human Resources: $1,000

Program Details

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Glass House Brands are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Qualification: The referred candidate must:

   • Be hired as a full-time employee.
   • Successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.

3. Payout: The referral bonus will be paid in the first payroll cycle after the referred candidate completes their probationary period.

4. Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. Each successful referral is eligible for a bonus payout.

5. Role Changes: If a candidate is referred for one role but hired into another, the bonus will be determined based on the role into which they are hired.
