Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For successful referrals in the tech and product sectors, Gladstone Land offers a tiered bonus system based on the level of the position. Below are the estimated bonuses:

• Junior Level Roles (e.g., Associate Product Manager, Junior Developer):

  • Estimated Bonus: $2,000
  • Paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.

• Mid-Level Roles (e.g., Product Manager, Software Engineer):

  • Estimated Bonus: $4,000
  • Paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Senior Level Roles (e.g., Senior Product Manager, Senior Developer):

  • Estimated Bonus: $6,000
  • Paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Leadership Roles (e.g., Head of Product, Lead Engineer):

  • Estimated Bonus: $10,000
  • Paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of employment.
