  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of the first 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire has been with the company for 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers and QA Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of the first 90 days.
