  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.
  • Payment Timeline: Bonuses are processed and paid out during the payroll period following the candidate's successful probationary completion.

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: As with tech roles, the candidate must complete a 3-month probationary period.
