The Gilbert Family Foundation values the power of referrals in building a talented and dedicated team. To incentivize our community to bring exceptional talent into our organization, we offer a competitive referral bonus program. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, along with other roles within the foundation.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Managers: $3,000
• HR Specialists: $2,500
• Finance Analysts: $3,500
• Administrative Assistants: $2,000

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees of the Gilbert Family Foundation, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the potential candidate's resume and details through the designated referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges your referral during the application process.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

4. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by the foundation within the last 12 months.
   • Candidates must not be currently engaged in any recruitment process with the foundation at the time of referral.

5. Multiple Referrals:

   • If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral submission
