Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product positions, GHX offers a competitive referral bonus to encourage referrals for these high-demand roles. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are a primary focus, GHX also recognizes the importance of other positions and provides referral bonuses accordingly:

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referring employee to receive the bonus.
