Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (All Levels)

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payout Structure:
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payout Structure:
     • $2,000 after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • $2,000 after the new hire completes 6 months.

3. Data Scientists/Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payout Structure:
     • $2,250 after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • $2,250 after the new hire completes 6 months.

1. Sales & Marketing
