Bonus Amounts:

• Junior Level: $2,500
• Mid-Level: $4,000
• Senior Level: $6,000
• Lead/Manager Level: $8,000

Other Roles

Eligible Positions:

• Marketing Specialists
• Sales Representatives
• Customer Support Agents

Bonus Amounts:

• Entry Level: $1,000
• Mid-Level: $2,000
• Senior Level: $3,000

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current Geron employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Human Resources personnel and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the referred position are excluded.

• Referral Process:

  1. Submit the candidate's resume and relevant information through the official referral form on the company intranet.
  2. The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies to the position directly.

• Bonus Payout:

  • The bonus is paid in two installments:
    • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 3 months of employment.
    • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 12 months of employment.
  • The referring employee must be actively employed at Geron at the time of each installment to receive the payout.
