Program Guidelines

Eligibility: All current Geron employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Human Resources personnel and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the referred position are excluded.

Referral Process:
- Submit the candidate's resume and relevant information through the official referral form on the company intranet.
- The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies to the position directly.

Bonus Payout:
- The bonus is paid in two installments:
- 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 3 months of employment.
- 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 12 months of employment.
