Eligibility

• Who can refer? All full-time Geotab employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who can be referred? Candidates who are not already in Geotab’s recruiting process and are not former employees.

Bonus Structure

• The referral bonus varies based on the role being filled, with higher bonuses for roles that are critical or challenging to fill. Below is an estimate of the referral bonuses offered:
