- Eligible Referrers: All employees of Gap Inc., except for those in HR or recruiting roles, can participate in the referral program.
- Eligible Referrals: Candidates must be external (not previously employed by Gap Inc.) and meet the qualifications for open tech/product roles.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer:
- Bonus: $3,000
- Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
- Product Manager:
- Bonus: $3,500
- Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
- Data Scientist:
