Eligibility

• Eligible Referrers: All employees of Gap Inc., except for those in HR or recruiting roles, can participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Referrals: Candidates must be external (not previously employed by Gap Inc.) and meet the qualifications for open tech/product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:
  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• Product Manager:
  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• Data Scientist:
  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• UX/UI Designer:
  • Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Retail Store Manager:
  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Payout Schedule: Full amount after the referred employee completes
