At Gamer Pakistan, we believe that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us recruit exceptional candidates for our growing team. This document outlines the referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech and product roles, but also includes information on other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500
• HR Manager: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Current Employees: Only current employees of Gamer Pakistan are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

2. Eligible Roles: The referral must be for a full-time position listed as eligible for a bonus. Part-time or contract roles are not included.

3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probation period, which typically lasts three months.

4. One Bonus Per Candidate: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was submitted first.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form available on the company intranet with the candidate's details and your information.

2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your referral.

3. Interview Process: If the candidate is shortlisted, they will go through the standard interview process.

4. Bonus Payment: Once the candidate successfully completes their probation period, the bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
