Galileo Referral Bonus Program

Galileo offers a competitive referral bonus program designed to incentivize employees to refer top talent to join our innovative team. Our program focuses on rewarding successful referrals, particularly in critical areas such as tech and product roles, with additional bonuses for other departments.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000 per successful referral
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, HR, and Finance:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful referral
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,250 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,250 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referrer must be an active employee at the time of both the candidate's hire and bonus payout.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies for a position.

Program Guidelines

• Multiple referrals for the same candidate will result in the bonus being awarded to the first referrer, as determined by the timestamp of submission.
• Employees involved in the hiring process for a referred candidate are not eligible for a referral bonus.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.
