Referral Bonus Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of G1 Therapeutics, excluding those involved in the recruitment process or management of the referred candidate.
• Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: $3,000
    • Senior Software Engineers, Lead Data Scientists: $5,000
  • Other Roles:
    • Clinical Research, Operations: $2,000
    • Senior Management Roles (Director-level and above): $5,000

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the company's internal recruitment portal, including the candidate's resume and contact details.
2. Evaluation: The recruitment team will evaluate the referred candidate's suitability for open positions.
3. Interview Process: If the candidate meets the initial qualifications, they will proceed through the standard interview process.
4. Hiring Decision: Upon successful hiring and completion of the candidate's probationary period (typically 90 days), the referring employee becomes eligible for the bonus.

Bonus Payment

• Timeline: The referral bonus will be paid out in the payroll cycle following the new hire's completion of the probationary period.
• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the employee's paycheck.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
