How It Works

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Fusion Worldwide are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal or by contacting the HR department directly.
3. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Fusion Worldwide and not have applied or been referred in the past 12 months.

Referral Bonus Details

The referral bonus amounts vary based on the role for which the candidate is hired. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for various roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Manager: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000
• Finance Analyst: $1,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment with Fusion Worldwide.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
