Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be external candidates not already known to Fulton Financial.
• Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineers: $3,000
    • Product Managers: $3,000
    • Data Analysts/Scientists: $3,000
    • UI/UX Designers: $2,500
  • Other Roles:
    • Financial Analysts: $2,000
    • Customer Service Representatives: $1,500
    • Administrative Roles: $1,000

Process and Timing

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal, including the candidate's resume and LinkedIn profile.
2. Eligibility Confirmation: HR will review the submission to ensure the candidate is not already in the recruitment pipeline.
3. Interviewing: If the candidate is appropriate, they will proceed through the standard interview process.
4. Hiring Decision: Once a candidate is successfully hired and completes 90 days of employment, the referral bonus is processed.

Additional Details

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful hire will result in a bonus payout.
• Taxes: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the employee's paycheck.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid in the first payroll cycle following the referred hire’s 90-day employment period.
