Referral Bonus Overview

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract employees and those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate are excluded.

2. Bonus Structure: The bonus amounts are tiered based on the role's complexity and demand. Bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% upon the new hire's start date and 50% after the new hire's successful completion of the probationary period (typically 90 days).

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineer: $3,000
  • Product Manager: $3,500
  • Data Scientist: $3,500
  • DevOps Engineer: $3,000
  • UX/UI Designer: $2,500

• Other Roles:

  • Sales Executive: $2,000
  • Customer Support Specialist: $1,500
  • Marketing Coordinator: $1,500

How to Submit a Referral

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through our internal HR portal. Ensure to provide the candidate's resume and a brief note explaining why they would be a great fit for Fullscript.

2. Tracking: Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, and the HR team will keep you updated on the referral's progress through the interview stages.

Referral Program Guidelines

• Referral Validity: A referral is considered valid if the candidate is not already in our database or has not been contacted by our recruiting team in the past 12 months.
