FrameworkESG values the power of community and the importance of building strong teams. To incentivize and reward employees for helping us attract top talent, we offer a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but extends to other roles as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000

Eligibility and Payment

1. Eligibility: All permanent employees of FrameworkESG are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Criteria:

   • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • The candidate should not have been previously employed by FrameworkESG or be in our database for the past 12 months.

3. Payment Process:

   • The referral bonus will be processed in the payroll following the completion of the new hire's probationary period.
   • All applicable taxes will be deducted from the bonus payout.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees must submit the referral through the company’s internal referral portal or email the candidate’s resume to the HR department. Ensure you include your name and the position the candidate is being referred for.

2. Tracking and Feedback: HR will provide updates on the status of your referral throughout the recruitment process.

3. Celebration and Acknowledgment: Successful referrals will be acknowledged in company communications to celebrate the employee's contribution to
