Referral Bonus Details
Tech/Product Roles
- Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
- Bonus Amount:
- Tier 1: $3,000 for Senior roles
- Tier 2: $2,000 for Mid-level roles
- Tier 3: $1,000 for Junior roles
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes 6 months.
Other Roles
- Eligible Positions: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.
- Bonus Amount: $500 for any successful referral, regardless of seniority.
- Payment Schedule:
- Full bonus is paid after the new hire completes 6 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- All current Fourier Ltd employees are eligible to participate, except for HR team members directly involved in the recruitment process.
- Referred candidates must not have applied to Fourier Ltd within the last 12 months.
- The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the role.
