Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but also across other areas of the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

  • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
    • Bonus Amount: $5,000
    • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 6-month probationary period.
    • Payment Schedule:
      • 50% of the bonus ($2,500) is paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
      • The remaining 50% ($2,500) is paid after the 6-month probationary period is successfully completed.

Other Roles

  • Design, Marketing, Sales, Support:
    • Bonus Amount: $3,000
    • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 6-month probationary period.
    • Payment Schedule:
      • 50% of the bonus ($1,500) is paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
      • The remaining 50% ($1,500) is paid after the 6-month probationary period is successfully completed.

How to Refer a Candidate

  1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the Forza X1 Employee Portal. Ensure that you provide the candidate's updated resume and any relevant information that highlights their suitability for the role.

  2. Acknowledgment: Once a referral is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of the candidate's information.

  3. Tracking: You can track the progress of your referral through the Employee Portal, where updates on the hiring process will be posted.
