This program is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for various roles within the company, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, though applicable to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

• Senior/Lead Engineers, Senior Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, and General Administration:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer: Must be a current Fortive employee.
• Referred Candidate: Must be a new candidate who has not been previously considered for employment within the past 12 months.
• Successful Hire: The candidate must be hired for a full-time position and complete at least 30 days of employment for the initial bonus and 6 months for the total payout.
