The program is open to all full-time employees, and bonuses are paid out upon the successful hiring and completion of a probationary period by the referred candidate.

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time employees who refer a candidate that is hired and completes a 90-day probationary period.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time employees who refer a candidate that is hired and completes a 90-day probationary period.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $5,500
