FMC Referral Bonus Program

At FMC, we recognize the value of talented employees and the importance of expanding our team with skilled individuals. To encourage our current employees to refer qualified candidates, we have established a robust Referral Bonus Program. This program rewards employees for helping us find top talent, particularly in tech and product roles, but it also includes other areas within the company. Below are the details of the program, including potential bonuses and procedures.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period (typically 3 months).

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Specialists:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, Customer Support:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete the standard probationary period.

• Administrative, HR, Finance:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All full-time FMC employees are eligible to participate in the program.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates must not have applied to FMC in the past 12 months or be in our current recruitment pipeline.
• Number of Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. The more successful referrals, the more bonuses earned.

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the official company referral portal. Complete the necessary forms with the candidate's resume and contact details.
