The Fluent Referral Bonus Program is open to all current employees. When you refer a candidate who is successfully hired and completes the required tenure, you will receive a monetary bonus as a token of our appreciation.

Bonus Structure

Bonus Disbursement

The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
