Flowcode's referral bonus program is designed to encourage employees to refer talented individuals for open positions within the company. This program not only helps build a strong team but also rewards employees for contributing to the company's growth. Below are the details of the referral bonus program with a focus on tech/product roles, along with estimated figures.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles:

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Support Representative: $2,500
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Full-Time Positions: The referral must be for a full-time position at Flowcode. Part-time or temporary roles are not eligible for the referral bonus.

2. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

3. Employee Status: Only current Flowcode employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

4. Exclusions: Senior management and HR personnel involved in the hiring process are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.

Payout Process

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate completes their first month.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate successfully completes the 90-day probationary period.
