Flowcode's referral bonus program is designed to encourage employees to refer talented individuals for open positions within the company. Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Full-Time Positions: The referral must be for a full-time position at Flowcode. Part-time or temporary roles are not eligible for the referral bonus.

  2. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

  3. Employee Status: Only current Flowcode employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

  4. Exclusions: Senior management and HR personnel involved in the hiring process are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.

Payout Process

  • Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate completes their first month.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate successfully completes the 90-day probationary period.
