Below, you'll find detailed information about the referral bonuses, specifically focusing on tech and product roles, but also touching on other departments.

Tech and Product Roles

We are actively seeking skilled professionals in the tech and product sectors, including software development, product management, UX/UI design, and data science. Given the competitive market for these roles, we offer attractive referral bonuses:

• Software Engineer (Frontend/Backend/Full-stack): $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Bonus Details for Tech/Product Roles:

• Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first 50% is paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% after six months.
• Eligibility: The referring employee must be with Flocco at both payout milestones.
• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, but bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions across the company:

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000

Bonus Details for Other Roles:

• Payment Structure: Similar to tech/product roles, bonuses for other positions are also paid in two installments—50% after 90 days
